She has served faithfully with nonprofit and government agencies, always guided by her faith and a commitment to making a difference. When she’s not serving her community, Jill enjoys spending time with her friends and family, often quilting and creating with love from her home in Huntington Beach, California.

Jocelyn Sievers-Bailey is an educator, community advocate, and philanthropist whose life reflects a deep legacy of service and faith. Born and raised in Everett, Washington, she is resident and third-generation graduate of Everett High School—carrying forward her family’s longstanding commitment to the community they love.
A lifelong educator, Jocelyn is passionate about empowering others and championing causes that uplift children and families both locally and beyond. Her dedication is evident through her work as a YMCA Board Member, her active leadership on the Everett PTSA Board, and her volunteer service with Elks Lodge 479 Scholarships, Children’s Hospital fundraisers, and the Swedish/Providence Hospital gift shop.
Grounded in her faith, Jocelyn believes that true fulfillment comes from serving others with compassion and humility. She continues to honor that calling through her tireless community involvement and by spending time with her greatest blessings—her family, friends, and her treasured dog, Tyson.

Hillary is passionate about strengthening communities through mentorship, outreach, and meaningful dialogue that encourages hope and healing. She makes her home in Napa, California, where she enjoys life with her husband of 20 years, their three children, and a close-knit circle of friends and faith community who continue to inspire her journey of service.

After more than a decade as an intelligence analyst with the federal government, she made a bold career shift into real estate, where she now helps others achieve their investing goals. Drawing on her diverse experience, Tayleen specializes in deal analysis, negotiation, contract acquisitions, and renovation management, as well as private capital development and property portfolio growth.
Based in Denver, she combines her analytical expertise with a heart for people—using her skills to create beautiful, purposeful spaces and empower others to build lasting stability and success. Guided by her faith and commitment to serving others, Tayleen approaches every endeavor with integrity and purpose.

Lucy Odell is a passionate youth leader dedicated to empowering and protecting the next generation. Actively involved in local student outreach, she serves as a teacher and mentor in children’s camps and school programs. Through her leadership in outreach initiatives, Lucy educates children and teens on vital topics such as human trafficking awareness, online safety, and building healthy relationships. Guided by her faith and a heart for service, Lucy is committed to creating safe spaces where young people can learn, grow, and discover their God-given worth and purpose.
